With over 20 years of service, they offer a wide range of services including: Residential Purchase and Sales, Commercial Purchase and Sales, Land Brokerage, Investment Properties, Development Services, and Opportunity Zone Advisors.
01Requirements
What they needed
SamJen needed a modern real estate design to push their online presence ahead of the competition. As a premium service, they needed a site that is stylish, luxury, yet simple and easy to navigate. As a brokerage firm, they also needed heavy software integrations with existing IDX systems.

The steps we took to bring their vision to life.
01Step One
GET TO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS
First, we conducted meetings to better understand their services and business model. We brainstormed, discussed and shared ideas on how to best approach the project.
02Step Two
UNDERSTAND THEIR BRAND VISION
Then, we dove into their brand. We prepared custom questionnaires to help us better understand what they want the website to convey and the feelings they want it to inspire in potential clients.
03Step Three
AGREE ON SITE STRUCTURE
Once we had a full understanding of their brand, it was time to get into the specifics. We discussed the website's structure, navigation, as well as preference regarding the site content, layout, components and flow.

01Static Image

With all information in place, it was time to start crafting the initial design. Graphic Artists, UX Specialists and Web Designers worked together to prepare a completely custom design prototype. (PNG Image)
02Custom Animation
ANIMATED LIVE PREVIEW
As part of our presentation, we also prepared a custom video animation of the static design prototype. The purpose is to show the client what the design would look like on a live website, with animations and scrolling.
03ALL IN ONE PLACE
Brand Visual Identity Presentation
Finally, we put everything in a succinct presentation designed to give the client a complete understanding of our proposed design. At this point, we started revisions and adjustments, until full approval.

CODE DEVELOPMENT
With the design approved, our Development Team began implementation. The website was built from scratch, using to the latest technologies and according to the highest coding standards.
02TESTING
Quality assurance
Once development was done, our QA Team performed extensive testing on different browsers and resolutions. The result is a well-tested website that will look good to every client on every device.
